Workplace Revolution: How Training Went From Medieval Apprenticeships to High-Tech

Bedecked in a Wendy's visor and apron, Bill stands expectantly in front of a tube TV, watching a training tape on grilling. Suddenly, the screen flashes with color. The TV starts shaking and smoking -- and then, Bill is sucked inside.  

Soon, he's immersed in a music video called "Grill Skill," where he learns how to properly cook meat from a rapping guide named the Duke of the Grill, who's backed by a small chorus of singing beef patties.
