Dilip has been working hard on a game-changing idea for a new product. But when he excitedly approaches his boss to share it and get approval for further development and testing, his proposal is quickly rejected. Instead of offering constructive feedback on how to make the idea workable, his boss vaguely refers to a lack of budget and discourages Dilip from pursuing any further ideas.

  • How the Smartest CEOs Start

The hard truth is that it is impossible to answer the final question definitively. There is no answer that is always right, all of the time. Unfortunately, the CEO role is full of paradoxes, contradictions, and judgment calls — especially when you’re in transition.

  • 'The Boys' Season 4 is Copying Marvel's Worst Idea

The Boys has never been a subtle show, and a group of commodified, corporate superheroes who star in a blockbuster film franchise was an obvious callout of the Marvel Cinematic Universe. But once it became a success, The Boys could only capitalize on its momentum by becoming what it ruthlessly mocks: a franchise.

With Season 4 only a few weeks away, we now have our first glimpse of what’s in store. Ironically, it seems like the MCU similarities are only growing, as characters from The Boys’ first spinoff have now circled back to appear in the main show. Check out The Boys Season 4 trailer below.

Turns out your old Model Y has more range than you thought. Tesla is looking at unlocking more range for its standard range rear-wheel drive trim of its Model Y, which is no longer on sale.

In a response on X, Tesla’s CEO Elon Musk explained this older version of the Model Y has more range that can be unlocked for $1,500 to $2,000. You could get anywhere between 40 to 60 extra miles, according to Musk.

  • 'Hades II' Early Access Is Out Now, and It Already Rules

It’s finally time once again to lose every spare second you have to dive into the fresh hells of Hades. Four years after the original game’s release, Hades II is now available in Early Access on Steam and the Epic Games Store. We don’t yet know how long the wait for Hades II’s full release will be, but the original game remained in Early Access for nearly two years.

A few players have already gotten their hands on Hades II through a short technical test period. The test lasted just two weeks, giving a small group access to the first zone of the game, with the chance to challenge the game’s first boss. Supergiant Games said that brief test helped the developer “solve any technical issues we might have missed thus far,” so it seems all the punishment handed out to players by the game’s new enemies was worth it.

  • 'Hades 2' Doubles Down on the First Game's Most Surprising Secret Weapon

When Hades launched in 2020 it was immediately a smash hit because of its phenomenal combat and ingenious narrative spin on the roguelike genre. But if we’re being honest, there’s another reason the game was so popular — it was saucy as hell. Supergiant Games practically perfected tastefully provocative character designs, while injecting the game’s writing and storytelling with an impeccable sensuality. I’m pleased to report, then, that Hades 2 has all the sauciness of the first game, and even doubles down it. In short, Hades 2 is everything you could want it to be.

Hades 2 picks up an unclear amount of time after the first game and doesn’t focus on everyone’s favorite hunky underworld prince Zagreus. This time around you play as Melinoe, Zagreus’ sister and the long-lost daughter of Hades. Luckily, Melinoe has all the overflowing charm and charisma of her brother. It must run in the family.

  • 'X-Men '97' is Setting Up a Contentious Avengers Crossover for Season 2

It’s rare to find the X-Men without their backs against the wall, but X-Men ‘97 has pushed the mutant team — and all of mutant-kind — to an existential precipice. The animated series kicked off a three-part season finale with a real shocker of an episode, setting up a war between mutants (namely Magneto) and humans, and perhaps even a final showdown between Magneto and his longtime frenemy, Professor Charles Xavier.

However, after the past few weeks, X-Men ‘97 might also be teeing up a long-awaited conflict for its second season. With heroes and villains from the main Marvel Universe popping up in animated form, it’s clear this series has big plans... and big crossover potential. Episode 7, “Bright Eyes,” brought Captain America into the conflict between mutants and humans, and his brief clash with Rogue planted the seeds for a larger battle with the Avengers, one that Ross Marquand (who voices Professor X) believes is coming soon.

  • 'Hades 2': How to Upgrade Grasp and Get Psyche

Hades 2 has finally arrived in Early Access, once again letting players immerse themselves in the soap opera drama of the underworld’s first family. Of course, rich storytelling isn’t the only reason to play Hades 2, as the roguelike combat has been given a fresh facelift too. Playing as Hades’ daughter, Melinoe, is a drastically different experience from Zagreus, both in terms of her weapons and upgrade systems. By far the most important system in Hades 2 is Grasp, which lets you power up Melinoe with a wide array of different tarot cards. It can be a bit difficult to wrap your head around, so here’s exactly how to upgrade Grasp in Hades 2.

Arcana cards can drastically alter how your builds work, but you’ll need Grasp to activate as many as possible.
