Air India flight 634 makes emergency landing at Raja Bhoj Airport in Madhya Pradesh

Bhopal, Mar 9: Air India flight 634 on Wednesday made an emergency landing at Bhopal’s Raja Bhoj Airport due to engine failure. The flight has been delayed by 25 minutes. The aircraft which departed from Bhopal at 8: 15 AM was scheduled to reach Mumbai airport at 10: 15 AM, however returned mid-way. The incident was termed as a minor glitch and will shortly take off after the repair. All passengers are reportedly safe inside the flight.

There has been many incidents in the past when Air India flight made emergency landings due to technical glitches. On Tuesday a London-bound Air India flight from New Delhi also made an emergency landing at the Frankfurt Airport due to technical reasons. On Monday, an Air India aircraft was thoroughly checked after a bomb threat call. Air India on Tuesday said that they would have the world’s longest all-women-operated flight from Delhi to San Franciso. The flight was operated as a par tof International Women’s Day celebrations.
