Bharath PN, former COO of Zoomcar moves to JustRide as executive director of ops

MUMBAI: Bharath PN, former chief operating officer (COO) of Zoomcar, is appointed executive director of operations at Mumbai-based JustRide, a self-drive car rental marketplace.
His focus will be upon improving the customer experience, ensuring quality products, as well as determining a strong customer acquisition strategy.

"I will be looking at getting aboard corporate clientele, my focus will be mainly on offline marketing as well as ensuring operations are cost effective," said PN.

According to PN, JustRide's technological systems that take into account 150 parameters, right from when the customer applies breaks to determining service dues makes it a differentiator from competitors in this space.

"Bharath's experience of managing thousands of cars, will ensure high levels of efficiency in handling the whole life cycle of the car ride inclusive of what comes before and after," said Vasant Verma, co founder of JustRide.
